The Michelin Guide returned to Vegas in 2024 and the stars mostly landed where you’d expect. Robuchon and Le Cirque are special-occasion tasting menus; the other three are places locals actually go on a Tuesday.

6. Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at Sahara — one Michelin star, best steakhouse on the Strip if you want theatre with your ribeye. 7. Raku, Chinatown on Spring Mountain — Japanese robatayaki, tiny room, book a month ahead. 8. Yui Edomae Sushi, Chinatown — omakase around $200, one Michelin star. 9. Mott 32 at The Venetian — Cantonese, iberico pork char siu, one Michelin star. 10. Peppermill Fireside, Sahara — not fine dining, but the 24-hour Vegas institution earns a spot.
Notable skips: the celebrity-chef Strip steakhouses (fine, overpriced), and any buffet — buffets have their own ranking and don’t belong here.
