Signature at MGM Grand has full kitchens in every suite — fridge, stove, dishwasher — from $180 a night. Polo Towers on the Strip is dated but functional, $130 a night with a proper kitchen. Off-Strip, Residence Inn by Marriott has locations in Summerlin, Henderson and Hughes Center from $140. Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations at Planet Hollywood is the best-located option for kitchen-plus-Strip access, though rates jump to $220-plus.
On the highway
For I-80 stops, TownePlace Suites (Reno, Elko, Wendover) and Ledgestone Elko both have full kitchens with two burners and dishware. On the Loneliest Road (Highway 50), Ely's Prospector Hotel has kitchenette rooms and the Hotel Nevada across the street doesn’t — worth the $20 difference. In Tonopah, the Mizpah is historic but no kitchens; the Best Western Hi-Desert Inn does have some kitchenette units for $115.

The vacation-club-style properties (Elara, Polo Towers, Signature) include pots, pans, plates and utensils. Standard hotel-brand kitchenettes usually only have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Are there grocery stores near Strip hotels?
CVS and Walgreens on the Strip sell basics at 2x supermarket prices. Best options: Whole Foods on Fort Apache, Trader Joe's on Decatur, or Smith's on Flamingo — all a 10-minute Uber.
