The Strip holdouts
Treasure Island, Circus Circus, Sahara and Wynn (for guests only) still offer free self-parking. Resorts World gives free parking to its Genting Rewards members — sign up at the desk in 60 seconds. Everywhere else on the Strip, budget $23 a night self-park, $35-plus valet. That adds up fast on a four-night trip. If you’re driving in from California or Arizona, the free-parking hotels can save $90 to $140 over a long weekend.
Off-Strip and Downtown
Downtown is almost all free — the D, Golden Nugget, Circa (for guests), Plaza and Fremont all park you free. Off-Strip locals casinos like Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Santa Fe Station and South Point never started charging. These properties often have better rooms for the money too — $110 to $160 on weekends versus $250-plus on the Strip. Downgrade: you’ll need to Uber or drive the 15 minutes to Bellagio's fountains.

Is street parking possible on the Strip?
No. Las Vegas Boulevard has no public street parking. Side streets like Koval Lane have limited free spots but tow enforcement is aggressive during events.
Do MGM properties still charge for parking?
Yes, at all MGM Resorts properties — Bellagio, ARIA, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and others — self-park is $18 for up to 4 hours and $23 overnight as of 2026.
