The Strip and Reno endpoints
In Las Vegas, ARIA, Bellagio, MGM Grand, Park MGM and Cosmopolitan all have Tesla destination chargers or Level 2 chargers in the valet garage — usually free with valet, sometimes with a small fee. Resorts World has 20-plus Level 2 spots in self-park. In Reno, the Whitney Peak, Renaissance, Peppermill and Grand Sierra have chargers on-site. Peppermill has the most (10 Level 2, 2 DC fast chargers) and doesn’t charge guests to use them.
The lonely middle
The gap between Vegas and Reno is the challenge. Tonopah has Tesla Superchargers at the Tesla-owned Tonopah station downtown, and the Mizpah Hotel is a 3-minute walk from them. Hawthorne has slower L2 charging at the town hall. If you’re going via Ely (Highway 93), the Prospector Hotel installed 4 Level 2 chargers in 2024. Plan carefully — the state is huge and there are 200-mile stretches with no fast charging.

Are Tesla Superchargers common in Nevada?
Only along I-15 (Vegas–Mesquite–Utah) and I-80 (Reno–Wendover). Highway 95 has stations in Beatty, Tonopah and Hawthorne. Highway 50 has just one, in Ely.
Do Vegas hotels charge for EV charging?
Most Strip properties charge $18 to $23 for the parking, then charging is included or a small extra ($0.25 to $0.35 per kWh). Confirm at the valet stand — policies changed several times in 2024–25.
